Moody B&W

I took this shot of Trav last week, and this is just a serious look from him.  I often prefer this to a "cheesey" smile... It's more real and portrays who he is.  I thought that adding a moody b&w conversion would make it seem more vintage.  I hope I succeeded??? 
Maybe I'm biased, but no matter what look he has on his face, he is my very handsome little man!

The kids just HAD to have their faces painted, but boy was it worth it... They looked so adorable, and I didn't want it to wash off.  Of course, as soon as we got back to the pool... Gone :)

This is my favorite place to visit... ever :) It really gave me an opportunity to start taking pictures again... I have set that hobby aside since I've been working full-time and going to school. Just wanted to share...

A weekend with family...

A few weeks ago the kiddos and I headed on a little road trip to visit my mom and Gram. Recently, Gram fell and broke her hip; therefore, she is spending time in rehab so that she can recover. Mom is now staying alone - I thought she might enjoy the company :)
